The chef gained experience in such establishments as “The Ledbury” in London and “Concept 13” in Warsaw. He co-created the culinary concept of “The Farm” restaurant for 3 years.
Adam talks about his approach: “A huge joy for me is simply cooking. I love my job. It is great to constantly meet interesting people and feed them well. Top products, a great team and it is all just happening. Cooking is more than a job. And the guest will always feel it and taste it on the plate. Meals with us are a celebration of beautiful moments.
At Klonn, Adam emphasizes the richness of the ingredients. Polish beef (rib), lamb (chump), vegetables from local farms and fish from clean fisheries (delicious local trout from Zielenica). We are also keen on seafood and products from different regions of the world. All in harmony with nature, health and common… sense.
