The chef gained experience in such establishments as “The Ledbury” in London and “Concept 13” in Warsaw. He co-created the culinary concept of “The Farm” restaurant for 3 years.
Adam talks about his approach: “A huge joy for me is simply cooking. I love my job. It is great to constantly meet interesting people and feed them well. Top products, a great team and it is all just happening. Cooking is more than a job. And the guest will always feel it and taste it on the plate. Meals with us are a celebration of beautiful moments.
I like to rely on Polish tradition, well-known flavors which I have many good memories with. Over the years of working as a chef, both in Poland and abroad, I have gained a lot of experience, discovered interesting ingredients, spices, techniques. I learned the philosophy of the people I worked with and absorbed they unique energy. All this shaped me not only as a cook, but above all as a person. That’s why I like to think of my cooking style as contemporary Polish cuisine. “Born on tradition, but enriched with experiences and flavors that surround me each day.”
