Taras Liakhnovskyi is the proud holder of the Certified Sommelier diploma from the Court of Master Sommeliers as well as the Professional Sommelier diploma issued by the Association of Polish Sommeliers. His proprietary wine list at Zoni restaurant has received an award from Wine Spectator magazine and an accolade from the international Star Wine List guide. 

The Klonn wine list, which he is co-author of, has also been recognised in the Star Wine List guide.

When asked about his favourite wine, he answers ‘Champagne!’ with a smile, but is quick to add that he is equally fond of wines from Bourgogne and Piemonte. Clearly, Taras’ love of wine is limitless.
