She approaches her work with great passion and professionalism, which is probably why she has climbed the sommelier career ladder at a dizzying pace. Within just three years of starting her adventure with wine, she was promoted to head sommelier. During her time at Klonn, she earned her Certified Sommelier title by passing the Court of Master Sommeliers exam. Paulina is responsible for the careful selection of wines for the list which includes nearly three hundred items. 

The wine list at Klonn which she co-authored has been featured in the Star Wine List guide.

Personally, she prefers the classics, choosing Barolo or Champagne with pleasure.
