He honed his bartending skills not only perfecting classic recipes, but also creating original recipes for unusual cocktails. At the Klonn bar, of which Łukasz is the soul, unique cocktails are created using the finest spirits, home-made syrups, cordials and liqueurs, and even self-made ice that surpasses ordinary ice from a cube maker. However, the highest standards are met by his original compositions with which he enchants even the most demanding guests. He demonstrates an ability to prepare almost any cocktail, but his speciality, at which he is unrivalled, is the masterful Negroni. Łukasz has his own magic ingredient with which he enhances the flavour of his cocktails, and who knows, maybe after a short chat at the bar he will tell you his secret.
